Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire process from R&D design to mass production delivery, responsible for formulating and improving product design review, material selection, process flow, testing procedures, maintenance analysis, etc.; 2. Plan the annual production capacity and supporting resources for each product line, implement production process management, conduct production resource scheduling, coordinate cooperation among departments during the production process, achieve the company's production tasks, improve production efficiency and yield rate, and reduce energy consumption in the production process; 3. Possess systematic thinking and practical improvement capabilities in controlling production processes, analyzing causes of production defects, and proposing corrective measures; 4. Familiar with lean production, capacity ramp-up and enhancement, line balancing, and familiar with the seven techniques of industrial engineering (IE); 5. Familiar with project management knowledge, control delivery time, cost, quality, and risk management of new products; 6. Familiar with the quality management system and proficient in the use of quality tools; 7. Responsible for reviewing DFS (Design for Serviceability), DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFT (Design for Test), etc. during the stages from product R&D trial production to engineering pilot production and then to mass production; 8. Review the process management system, process standards, and testing procedures; 9. Review the design, manufacture, and improvement of automation equipment.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Electronic Applications, Industrial Engineering, etc., with English being the working language; 2. Over 10 years of management experience in large manufacturing enterprises, with experience in implementing and managing automated production; 3. Familiar with industry development trends and the production efficiency status of peers; 4. Proficient in at least two of the following skills: PE (Product Engineering), IE (Industrial Engineering), TE (Test Engineering), ME (Manufacturing Engineering); 5. Good communication and coordination skills, ability to judge and introduce automated equipment, and team management capabilities.
