Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for designing seasonal decorations that conform to Western cultural characteristics and aesthetics, such as Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc. 2. Analyze market demand, study popular trends, innovate design concepts, and enhance the market competitiveness of products. 3. Work closely with the production department to ensure the feasibility and cost control of the design plan. 4. Monitor the production process to ensure the complete implementation of the design plan and improve product quality and added value. 5. Assist the marketing team to plan and organize related activities to increase brand awareness and reputation. 6. Report work to superiors regularly, provide timely feedback on issues and suggestions, and promote the development of the team and the company.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, industrial design, art design and other related professional background. 2. Have an in-depth understanding of Western culture and be familiar with the traditions and customs of various festivals. 3. Have rich creative thinking and innovative awareness, and be able to design products with market competitiveness. 4. Proficient in design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Max, etc. 5. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments. 6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, and be able to complete tasks on time and with high quality.
