Job Responsibilities

1. Expertise on apple product design principles, structure assembly of products 2. Excellent communication skills, able to understand project requirements, horizontally coordinate with various function teams and fulfill both internal and customer requirements 3. Understanding the functional principles of the product and the test coverage 4. Capability of doing DOEs and compilation of data to provide complete analysis 5. Lead the investigation of top issues, coordinate with various teams to provide improvement measures and timely update to customers. 6. Be familiar with systems such as radar, Insight, SF and MES. FA equipment of CT scan / FTIR / EDS / X-ray / etc. 7. able to manager the yield improvment meeting during NPI&MP Builds / DOE 8. leadership ablility to manager 50+ team members, bring up team members related skills 9. Strong learning ability on new knowledges and unexperience working item

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years of experience in Apple, and under 45 years old 3. Fluent in English speaking and able to communicate without barriers 4. Have team management skills; ability to implement plans; ability to coordinate departmental work 5. Proficient in cost analysis, personnel training, asset custody, and departmental work coordination and management 6. Project management experience is preferred
