Job Responsibilities
Package: Salary – 22000RMB+/month (pre-tax) Arrival Support – Airport pick-up Flight Reimbursement – Up to 8,000RMB for return ticket to home country Visa – Work Permit, Residence Permit and medical check-up fees assistance and reimbursement Accommodation Support – 1200 RMB hotel reimbursement after 2 months’ probation; 10,000 RMB start-up loan for accommodation Insurance – Health and accident insurance after probation Bonus – Discretional bonus based on annual performance Paid Leave – National holidays/11+ days annual leave Sick Leave – 3 days’ full-paid sick leave/7 days’ half-paid sick leave Training – Orientation & pre-job training, on-going academic training, support and appraisals
Job Requirements
-Native speakers or non-native speakers without accent. -TEFL/TESOL certificate. -Bachelor's degree or above. -Provide working visa materials which are qualified for the working visa. -Love education and children, enjoy teaching. Teaching experience would be given a priority. -Must be able to commit to minimum one-year contract with Guide Education. -Lively, passionate, friendly and can mobilize the enthusiasm of students, making learning fun. Punctual and passionate about teaching.
