Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the distribution and delivery operations of transshipment cargo, while managing site, personnel, and equipment coordination. 2. Coordinate and lead the local team to actively handle all operational tasks at the transshipment site, improving operational quality to ensure timely and safe delivery of packages. 3. Maintain public relations in the area where the transshipment site is located, fostering a positive social and brand image. 4. Prevent and handle operational anomalies at the site, ensuring the safety of company assets, funds, and personnel. 5. Guide the local team to promptly follow up on and address transshipment site issues, and communicate updates with overseas warehouses and domestic teams.

Job Requirements

1. Possess knowledge of warehouse management, familiar with warehouse logistics processes and commonly used logistics software. 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively coordinate communication and collaboration between different departments. 3. Age 38 or below, with more than 2 years of warehouse management experience; sensitive to numbers and possesses good data management and statistical analysis skills. 4. Responsible, with the ability to handle pressure, capable of independently analyzing problems and proposing solutions.
