Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research and analysis of the cross-border e-commerce market, understand the industry dynamics and competitors, and propose operational strategies and improvement measures. 2. Responsible for the planning and management of the company's cross-border e-commerce product line, including product development, pricing, inventory, etc. 3. Responsible for processing the company's cross-border e-commerce orders, including order confirmation, payment, delivery, returns, etc. 4. Responsible for the company's cross-border e-commerce after-sales service, including refunds, exchanges, etc. 5. Assist the company in cross-border e-commerce marketing activities. 6. Assist the company's cross-border e-commerce team and market operation, including assisting in product research, marketing promotion, data analysis, etc. 7. Communicate and cooperate with other departments to assist in solving various problems in cross-border e-commerce business. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the boss.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, English level 6 or above, more than 5 years of operational work experience, once used to be a single business/category trader, and have cross-border e-commerce platform Amazon, Shopee, eBay or TikTok store operation experience; 2. Strong logical thinking ability, strong communication skills, as the person in charge, able to promote the project progress, supply chain and product planning team to solve problems together; 3. Rich experience in data analysis, able to independently build business data analysis model is preferred; 4. Familiar with the operation and promotion and marketing of 1-2 cross-border e-commerce platforms, and can complete the operation work independently. 5. Able to accept long-term foreign business trips.
