Job Responsibilities
1.Drive Global Standardization projects (operational); 2.Communicate and analysis customer global sourcing plan, provide global supply solutions; Lead supply chain department, responsible for supply chain management, quality and logistic assessment; 3.Clear and consistent communication with suppliers, vendors and shipping contacts throughout the procurement lifecycle; 4.Secure operational capacities by ensuring high quality of capacity data from suppliers and by working continuously towards exceptions together with Need Planner and Supplier in a proactive manner; 5.Contribute to tactical capacity planning based on supplier performance on agreed capacity; Make sure correct business set-up information in all relevant systems; 6.Contribute to identifying best logistical offer, furthermore implement, maintain and review by having customer and total cost in mind; 7.Actively contribute in the planning and execution of the best set up for range changes at supplier, constraints periods and activities; 8.Continuously follow up, analysis and take action to improve supplier delivery performance and ensure goods are shipped in time from suppliers; 9.Develop and maintain suppliers’ logistic competence towards becoming responsible on their own performance through: working closely with suppliers, running Supplier Development Projects and providing them relevant trainings & working methods; 10.Be familiar with industry standard policies related to quality, safety and process improvement. Ensure the appropriate import and export compliance procedures are followed by employees and contracted service providers; 11.Optimize global operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls.
Job Requirements
1.Experienced to work in a Global environment; 2.Experienced to work in a dynamic environment where requests may change and many new requests may come in simultaneously; 3.From the process perspective be familiar with packaging process, functional test, and transportation test; 4.5 years or above purchasing position experience in ODM, OEM or Manufacturing Industry or Packing industry; 5.Good oral and written English ability; Chinese is a plus. 6.Good communication and negotiation skills, good presentation skill.
