Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for assisting in the management of overseas warehouse operations, formulating warehouse process standards, and supervising daily operations. Control warehousing costs and manage inventory effectively. 2. Coordinate daily instructions for receiving and shipping at the overseas warehouse and track the progress of receiving and delivery. 3. Perform daily data verification and inventory checks for the overseas warehouse. 4. Conduct quarterly inventory counts and adjustments. 5. Verify monthly supplier invoices and handle payment requests. 6. Build and manage the team, assigning and overseeing daily tasks for overseas warehouse personnel. 7. Address daily exceptional issues in the overseas warehouse.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in foreign trade, international logistics, or cross-border e-commerce logistics operations or business positions. 2. Preferably with a background in logistics management, international trade, or e-commerce. 3. Good communication and coordination skills. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
