Job Responsibilities
1. Achieve revenue and profit targets for existing customers assigned by the company. 2. Monitor business operation quality, enhance customer satisfaction, maintain client relationships, and be responsible for customer satisfaction indicators for assigned projects. 3. Coordinate timely reconciliation and payment collection from clients, control project payment risks, and prevent bad debts. 4. Ensure business revenue and gross profit; for clients not meeting company profit requirements, promptly propose optimization plans, monitor operational costs, and improve project profitability. 5. Follow up and address operational issues in assigned projects, analyze the causes of problems, propose optimization and improvement measures, and drive their implementation.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics management, supply chain management, or related fields, with at least 2 years of customer service and operational experience. 2. Experience in "project team management"; has participated in at least one "project launch or project optimization solution" experience. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills, a high level of customer service awareness, proactive, responsible, and hardworking. 4. Adheres to company management arrangements, strong team spirit, good learning ability, and adaptability. 5. Experience in overseas warehouse management; experience in e-commerce warehouse management is preferred. 6. Proficient in using English as the working language.
