Job Responsibilities

Maintain strategic level customers, establish a connection window with customers, and convey matters between the factory and customers. Implement company-level strategic initiatives. Utilize product knowledge and internal resources to leverage technical skill sets to meet customers’ demands and ultimately achieve targets. Monitor key customer indicators and foster long-term partnerships by understanding customers’ needs and helping them meet the business objectives. Collect, organize, monitor and update competitors’ profiles regularly and stay informed on industry trend to capture new sales opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to align on sales goals and initiatives.
