Job Responsibilities
1.Make annual sales strategy and plan according to the company's strategy, follow up and carry it out 2.Responsible for customer development and sales in the specified area area, complete the whole process tracking and payment collection of the whole order 3.Based on the sales target,complete sales tasks and strive to broaden business channels, continuously expand the market share of the company's products. 4.Assist the headquarters to complete the publicity work of the company and products, strengthen the brand awareness of the company in the local area 5.Cooperate with headquarters to conduct market research, including not limited to competitors, local market prospects of new products, laws and regulations, etc.
Job Requirements
1.Love the sales job, strong activeness 2.Adapt to traveling on business,good communication ability,high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit 3.Rich sales experience in plastic industry(over 5 years), familiar with local plastic compounding industry especially automotive compounding or HFFR cable compounding, others like Petrochemical, film, pipe industry 4.Good ability of market analysis and insight skills, be able to actively deal with all kinds of complicated problems in the trade process
