Job Responsibilities

1, responsible for the implementation, tracking, and exception handling of SMT production plans to ensure that the production schedule is fully paid; 2. Optimization and improvement of production process, elimination of potential safety hazards; Have a good sense of cost control, responsible for production quality control and improvement of abnormal analysis countermeasures; 3. Promote the improvement of system documents within the department and promote the implementation through training; 4. Planning and standardization of SMT process; Familiar with the requirements of each process and process of SMT, familiar with the working principle and operation specifications of SMT equipment; 5. Plan and implement the team skill improvement plan; Pay attention to the cultivation of employees' teamwork awareness and the improvement of management ability;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics/communication/structure; 2. More than 5 years of project management related experience, familiar with project management related processes, proficient in spoken English; 3. Responsible for the delivery of the customer's BU project, the organization and coordination of internal and external resources.
