Job Responsibilities

Job Description: 1.Research the shopping experience of YOINS customers in order to improve their overall satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. 2.Analyze the customers feedback in our surveys; contact customers either by phone or by e-mail；implement any ideas which could improve the quality of our services. 3.Manage our company’s Facebook, YouTube and other social media accounts; handle comments and complaints in order reduce the impact of negative feedback on our company’s reputation. 4.Supervise the work of the customer service team by revising e-mails and procedures aiming at improving the efficiency and the standards of our customer service. 5.Work as a proof-reader and editor for the marketing department when important promotions are planned. 6.Communicate our customers’ feedback and suggestions to all the related departments and provide relevant assistance in the optimization of our systems.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above. Native or high proficiency in oral and written English. Being fluent in Mandarin is a very strong asset. 2.Passionate about most of the aspects of customer service; with more than 1 year of working experience in CRM/customer service or relevant experience in e-commerce and online sales. 3.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel and Power Point) or similar tools. 4.Ability to collect, analyze and present all the relevant data through reports and charts. 5.Orderliness, attention to details and good problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. 6.Strong motivation and empathy to improve our customers’shopping experience.Previous experience with project management is also preferred.
