Creative Furniture & Interior Design Manager Description - Join a furniture design and interior design creative studio with a high level of creative integrity. - Manage the design realisations of furniture, aesthetics of interior, brand identity and digital projects for a host of multi level clients. - Be part of a expanding team manage projects and share in success We’re looking for a Design Manager to join our creative studio in Longgang Shenzhen china — its an exciting time for the team — we’re making this position available due to expansion plans and we need an experienced creative to help deliver on our excellent creative work What you’ll be doing Your time will be divided between research / meetings / interpreting & developing briefs and hands-on managing the realisation of designs from sketches and briefs with our 3d CAD team . You’ll be heavily involved in the collaborative, conceptual process and creatively driven - you will manage a team of talented 3d CAD creatives and overseeing their output, checking work, managing workflows and leading by example to ensure deadlines are met.    What you’ll get in return for your experience  There’s a great opportunity here to join a studio in a  Senior role at an exciting time of growth. Job Requirements

- You’ll need some experience of leading to be right for this one. - A great portfolio showing examples of your work across a creative platform relative to furniture and interior design is very important here too. - You’ll have good knowledge of all the standard design tools in the Adobe CC and ideally Sketch knowhow and understand the potential of 3d programes such as studio max albeit you will not be required use these so often - Stakeholder management abilities will come naturally to you and you’ll impress us with your communication skills as you’ll need to know when it’s right and wrong to push back on client requests.
