Job Responsibilities

Glimpse is currently looking for a project based Creative Director to lead the Creative and Design Team on briefs and pitches. Understand brands identity and projects requirements Understand the design challenges of individual projects and provide creative solutions Define the art direction and deliver creative concepts in response to creative briefs for campaigns and events Design key visuals, event booth, POP-UP stores, user experience and any other digital assets Work closely with relevant departments to ensure effective communication and management Lead and guide designers in the team Manage projects: planning, design, execution and delivery

Job Requirements

Great taste and design sense Highly creative and knowledgeable in the different fields of communications Relevant experience working with luxury, fashion, lifestyle, beauty brands Strong portfolio of projects for pop-up stores, exhibitions booth, street activations and digital campaigns for major luxury, fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, AI and familiar with AfterEffect, C4D or 3DS. Capable of handling directions and constructive feedbacks Extreme attention to detail and good project and time management skills Good sense of design trends, social trends and market best practices Proficient in both English and Chinese
