Job Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of experience in sales with a successful quantifiable track record • Ability to grasp and relate complex technology, product and business concepts • Knowledge of the data communications market, VoIP, storage, video conferencing. • Having worked with the following companies would be a plus Cisco, Juniper, EMC, NetAps, HP, Polycom … • Proven track record of building team consensus and collaborating across multicultural and functional lines • Ability to balance multiple priorities to achieve timely business results • Natural self starter, self-motivated, superior work ethic, multi-dimensional thinker, and natural at driving activities to completion • Having managed distributors is a must (TechData, Azlan, Arrows, SDG ….) at least 5 years experience Specific personal skills: • Creative with ability to find innovative business solutions • A high level of personal discipline and organization • Able to work in a team and to share experiences • The ability to work well under business pressure • Flexible in working with partners and other parts of the organization • English speaking (fluent)
