Job Responsibilities
1. Based on the sales target of the HQ and Sales Subsidiary, assisting GM to formulate annual sales and marketing promotion plans and follow up to complete the personal sales tasks; 2. Initiatively collect and analyze competitors’ development trend and finish market research in relevant markets, combining the market demand and competitive situation, cooperating with the R&D colleagues to help the promotion of new products; 3. According to the actual situation of the region, choose the appropriate advertising method to improve the local brand awareness and reputation of the company; 4. Expand sales channel, using diversified methods to develop project/ distribution / modern trade customers; 5. Regularly provide sales statistical analysis to assist the GM of the subsidiary to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
1. College graduation or above, better majoring in sales/ marketing or other related majors; 2. 3-5 years of experience in marketing & sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role in sales department; 3. High proficiency in local official language, using English as working language; 4. Have good team cooperation ability, anti-pressure ability and dedication; 5. Knowledge and experiences in ERP or SAP system, advanced Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT) skills. PS:This position will be based in overseas countries and regions.
