Job Responsibilities

1.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct extensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer needs. 4.Project Management: Manage product development timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product launch and post-launch support. 5.Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance our competitive advantage. 6.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide valuable insights to the product development process. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and drive market growth.

Job Requirements

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in leading successful product launches. Experience in the e-cigarette or related consumer electronics industry is a plus. 3.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. 4.Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 5.Attributes: Passion for innovation and a commitment to quality.
