Job Responsibilities

1. Operational Strategy and Systematic Management — Oversee comprehensive management of the overseas company, organize and implement headquarters' resolutions, and advance the implementation of major strategic initiatives from headquarters. Develop operational strategies and effective regulatory frameworks and management systems for the overseas company in alignment with overall strategic planning. Promote lean production, optimize business processes, and enhance product timeliness, service quality, and customer experience through effective tracking mechanisms. 2. Market Marketing Management — Keenly assess market trends and develop business development plans and marketing strategies. Coordinate the business expansion efforts at the provincial level to improve market share. 3. Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement— Embrace and apply technological advancements and advanced management concepts to implement comprehensive cost management in the overseas company. Manage budgeted and non-budgeted expenditures effectively, control operating costs, and ensure continuous profit margin growth. 4. Internal Coordination— Oversee operations, network, marketing, customer service, and general management functions within the Mexican company. Integrate internal resources to maximize regional resource sharing and effectiveness, and promote coordination and cooperation between subordinate institutions. 5. External Communication Linkage— Responsible for communication and coordination with government bodies, industry organizations, and other departments or companies within the group. Establish smooth communication channels. 6. Risk Prevention— Enhance risk resilience, prevent major operational risks, and ensure stable business development. 7. Team Management— Build a talent pipeline and support the development of team members. Have a strong influence and leadership within the team.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with comprehensive corporate operations, and proficient in various business and management processes; 2. Full-time associate degree or higher from a recognized institution, preferably in logistics; 3. Deep understanding of logistics industry management or operations, with over 10 years of experience in express delivery, courier, or LTL logistics, including more than 5 years in frontline team management; experience in regional or provincial management roles is preferred; 4. Knowledgeable about industry trends, operations, and management, with some network resources preferred; 5. Open to adopting cutting-edge technologies and concepts, with information management thinking, business analysis capabilities, and data processing skills; 6. Highly self-motivated, accountable, and dedicated, with a strong pioneering spirit and willingness to be stationed abroad; 7. Requirements may be relaxed for candidates with extensive industry experience.
