Job Responsibilities

1. Could conceived according to customer needs and design requirements, could organized the completion of scheme design and drew scheme design drawings. 2. Carry out the overall planning, scheme and other design work of the project, Completing the design drawings clearly with the requirements of national professional regulations, codes and standards. 3. Making models and design drawings of each stage, and assisted the project leader to develop proposal schematic drawings from sketches. 4. Participated in the review of architectural planning and design scheme, bidding cooperation, scheme construction application and scheme deepening.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in architecture; 2. Have a Chinese work visa; 3. Able to complete the project independently; 4. Proficient in CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop and other graphics and related software, have a solid grasp of the basic professional knowledge, familiar with the basic specifications of the major, and have a strong spirit of research on professional knowledge;
