Job Responsibilities

（Salary can be adjusted according to your actual abilities） 1. Responsible for conceptual and conceptual design of construction projects, overseeing the entire process of conceptual design, and resolving relevant technical issues; 2. Organize the project team to complete the design work and be responsible for the design results; 3. Coordinate and communicate with clients, understand their intentions, and guide the design of solutions; 4. Communicate and cooperate with other specialties to deepen the design of the plan; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Graduated from a well-known university in architecture both domestically and internationally, with a full-time undergraduate degree or above; 2. Fluent in English; 3. Rich experience in overseas architectural design practice, familiar with the application of design software such as SU, PS, CAD, Rhino, Lumion, etc; 4. Excellent conceptual design ability, familiar with the workflow and drawing requirements of various stages of project conceptual design, scheme design, preliminary design, etc; 5. Having unique creative concepts, innovative consciousness, and strong professional knowledge, able to efficiently and high-quality complete assigned tasks; 6. Passionate about design, possessing independent work ability and team spirit; 7. Excellent communication and expression skills, healthy body, able to withstand certain work pressure.
