Shanghai Dragon Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dragon Design"), founded in 1964, is a Class A architectural design institution approved by the Ministry of Construction of China, and holds Class A Architectural Engineering Design Certificate and Class B Urban Planning Qualification Certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction of China. After decades of experience, Dragon Design enjoys a high reputation in the industry with its avant-garde design concept, unique design works and good service in the spirit of pragmatism and innovation. With a strong momentum of development, the annual production value is nearly 70 million yuan, and now it has become one of the most influential design and research institutions in China. At present, Dragon Design has gathered design talents from all over the country, with 180 technical personnel specializing in urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, structure, water supply and drainage, electrical, HVAC, technical economy and computer. Among them, there are 16 national first-class registered architects, 22 national first-class registered structural engineers, 5 registered planners and 122 other senior and intermediate technical personnel. The designers here are striving to realize their persistent ideals and create a cultural and efficient space for people's life, work and entertainment. Our main business scope covers four major sectors: architecture, landscape, planning and commerce. Including architectural engineering design and consultation, urban and small town planning, municipal engineering comprehensive design, building intelligent and system engineering design, building standard design, landscape art design, residential engineering, building standards, scientific and technological information technology, architectural history and other business and corresponding scientific research work. It has basically formed an industrial framework integrating architectural design, urban construction planning, urban administration, building standards, construction information, engineering consulting, interior decoration, landscaping, and residential research and development.
