Job Responsibilities

Arvenchi Design is currently seeking an Architect for our shanghai office with strong design ability and varied experience in retail commercial, office and mixed-use projects.

Job Requirements

1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture; 2. Have 4-6 years of experience, and involved with at least 2 under construction/ competed projects in past working experiences (past experiences in retail, office, mix-used project is preferred). 3. Strong concept design and presentation skill, proficiency in design software and free-hand sketch, can independently accomplish design assignment. 4. Excellent communication skills and team work spirit, responsible and self-motivated. 5. Proficiency in related architectural design software, such as SketchUp, 3DMax, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite a plus 6. Have a good awareness of sustainability and environmental/social issues. Expertise and experience in this field is preference
