Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the introduction of new products, new processes, and new technologies, as well as developing production processes, SOPs, and tool development. 2. Set up and maintain product systems, restructure BOM, and assist PM with quotations. 3. Analyze product quality abnormalities and improve process flows, provide DFM suggestions, and enhance yield rates. 4. Analyze and maintain BOM, lead product ECN implementation, execute MCN cases, and establish rework processes. 5. Promote automation and unmanned operations. 6. Communicate with customers regarding engineering issues and drive improvements.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with more than 3 years of experience as a PE process engineer. 2.Fluent in spoken English. 3.Familiar with production processes and product process management, with certain production experience. 4.Familiar with the production and manufacturing processes of electronic products and process management capabilities.
