Description and Responsibilities We are looking for a Sales Director to be in charge of HQTS global sales network focusing to the industries related to textiles, electronic appliances, light industrial products, and metal raw materials. The ideal candidate will be an experienced business developer & global team leader with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. He/she is also responsible for leading the business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for the global sales team. 1.Sales Strategy and Planning Formulate and implement the annual sales plan for the testing business, clarifying sales goals and strategies. Analyze market trends and the situation of competitors, and provide strategic suggestions for the company's testing business. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the sales strategy and adjust and optimize it according to market changes. 2.Team Management Lead and manage the sales team, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales goals. Organize training and development plans to enhance the sales skills and professional knowledge of team members. Evaluate the performance of team members and provide timely feedback and guidance. 3.Customer Relationship Management Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with important customers, and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet customers' testing business needs. Handle customer complaints and problems to ensure timely resolution and maintain the company's good image. 4.Business Expansion Explore new markets and customer groups and search for potential sales opportunities. Participate in the bidding and negotiation of important projects and promote the achievement of business cooperation. Establish strategic cooperative relationships with partners to jointly expand the testing business market. 5.Sales Data Analysis Collect and analyze sales data, formulate sales reports, and provide a basis for decision-making. Monitor sales performance indicators such as sales volume, sales growth rate, and market share.
Job Requirements
Skill & Qualification 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to marketing, business management, or related fields. 2.Have at least 10 years of sales experience, including more than 3 years of sales management experience, and be familiar with the TIC testing business field. 3.Possess excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and reach cooperation. 4.Have good team management experience and be able to motivate and cultivate team members. 5.Have strong market analysis and business expansion capabilities and be able to accurately grasp market dynamics. 6.Possess excellent communication, coordination, and organization skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7.Have innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities and be able to deal with complex sales challenges.
