Job Responsibilities
1. Accept overseas customer complaints fed back by the overseas business department to ensure timely and effective acceptance; 2. Conduct PDI inspection on the vehicle before leaving the factory, track the degree of rectification, and confirm the effect of rectification; 3. Log in to the information platform to submit customer complaints, and summarize and analyze the quality information of after-sales products; 4. Participate in the negotiation and tracking of overseas service methods to ensure the demand for overseas service accessories; 5. Carry out vehicle on-site service tracking to improve customer satisfaction; 6. Implement vehicle fault maintenance to ensure timely and effective handling of faults; 7. Manage overseas service stations, return visits to overseas customers, and improve customer satisfaction; 8. Collect the implementation effect of the service plan to ensure that it is timely and accurate; 9. Timely and effectively complete other matters assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Under the age of 40. 2. Bachelor degree or above, major in automobile application and maintenance, machinery and other related majors; CET-4 or above, able to communicate daily. 3. Overseas service experience is preferred. 4. More than five years of work experience, more than 3 years of work experience in bus manufacturing enterprises, bus maintenance work experience is preferred. 5. Master the bus maintenance process, bus manufacturing process, etc., and be familiar with national quality laws and regulations; Have good fault analysis and identification ability, have good coordination and communication skills, and have a certain basis for map recognition.
