Job Responsibilities
About the job: Create a strong channel strategy, drive it across the region and build activations Build up and drive collaboration with main retailers: luxury, beauty, travel retail Drive development and implementation of regional operational projects with key retailers Lead meeting organization drive presentations and follow up of action plans Develop, update and manage external & internal communication tools Identify and develop portfolio priorities and strategies Create Permanent merchandising tools and brand visibility throughout Retail universe Identify and recommend investment priorities for visibility and activation programs Set-up and define a channel KPI and tracking system - execute ROI analysis Track, measure and post-evaluate all major activities, to continually improve and draw clear. recommendations for future trade marketing strategies Drive seamless consumer journey throughout on- & offline touchpoints within the retail universe strong collaboration with E-Retail and Digital Experts Work closely with the local markets’ Sales and Marketing teams to identify market & channel opportunities in consumer recruitment and create Channel Activation plans Guarantees the highest standards of operations (Merchandising, client Service, etc.) Responsible for the correct implementation of the central policies and procedures, and its adaptation to local laws Provide monthly sales reporting and in-depth analysis and prepare Global & Regional quarterly reports on key retailers Optimize warehousing and logistics system Manage and control individual and development related budgets and resources Professional experience & know how: Solid experience of 8+ years’ in similar function, dealing with local country high-end retailers and in building successful teams Senior commercial experience negotiating and dealing with multiple contracts and close liaison with key clients to deliver a triple win Strategic thinking and planning paired with hands on mentality for execution Strong skills in organization, time and project management Know-how and network in retail in France & Europe Strong understanding of beauty tech brands and luxury universe Strong creativity and openness to think out of the box and develop new ideas High degree of flexibility in finding solutions and ways of working Other Skills: Excellent relationship building and communication skills Strong customer- and consumer-orientation Travels in Europe Languages: Local language required, Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus How to Apply: Please submit your latest resume as a single attachment and send it to Sherry: Email: sherry.chen@hiredchina.com WhatsApp/WeChat: (+86) 15602454849 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sherry-chen-085041261/
