Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of all measuring tools in the factory, including procurement, acceptance, calibration, inspection, repair, usage, distribution, and inventory, ensuring that all tools are functioning effectively. 2. Oversee the procurement, acceptance, and calibration of all tooling boards and gauges in the factory. For any non-conforming tooling, provide feedback to the process personnel for timely corrections; for non-conforming gauges, provide feedback to the process personnel for modifications and follow up on corrective actions. 3. Establish, maintain, and improve the factory's measurement management processes according to relevant laws and regulations and company system requirements, ensuring the normal operation and continuous improvement of the measurement system. 4. Integrate internal and external resources to develop equipment calibration plans, select appropriate calibration methods, and ensure that the calibration and measurement of gauges meet traceability requirements. Maintain records of numbering, registration, and calibration for all inspection, measurement, and testing equipment, and establish and maintain a master ledger to ensure the uniqueness of equipment numbers. 5. Regularly review the compliance of inspection, measurement, and testing equipment measurement processes and status in the factory/departments, conduct relevant analyses, and propose improvement suggestions to promote continuous improvement of the measurement system. 6. Undertake management responsibilities for relevant company documents and TS16949/ISO9001 standard requirements, ensuring effective document operation and continuously improving relevant procedures and their implementation within the department. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a background in vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering preferred. 2. More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, familiar with automotive manufacturing processes, and possessing rich professional knowledge and practical experience in automotive manufacturing. 3. Familiar with quality systems and understanding of IATF16949, ISO9001, and CCC certification requirements, with a solid understanding of quality fundamentals. 4. Strong theoretical foundation and technical work experience, proficient in using quality analysis tools. 5. Strong adaptability and ability to handle pressure, with a high sense of responsibility and dedication; good teamwork spirit; capable of collaborating and solving problems within a team. 6. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
