Job Responsibilities
1. Site Survey and Design: Conduct site surveys for overseas intelligent projects, design CAD drawings, enhance technical solutions, and refine material lists. 2. Procurement and Logistics:Manage project procurement, production preparation, logistics, and delivery. 3. Installation and Commissioning: Oversee equipment installation on-site, supervise, and perform system commissioning. 4. Site Management:Manage the construction of low-voltage and intelligent systems projects on-site. 5. Project Management: Handle project scope, schedule, cost, issue, and risk management. 6. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and build lasting, positive customer relationships. 7. Testing and Acceptance:Oversee project testing and acceptance, and drive project payment collection. 8. Market and Competitor Analysis: Understand market trends and competitor information as needed.
Job Requirements
1. Education:Full-time college diploma or above in Electrical Automation, Electronic Information, Intelligent Systems, Communications, or related fields; English proficiency for work. 2. Technical Knowledge:Familiar with network, Linux, and database technologies. 3. Software Skills: Proficient in CAD drafting software, Excel, PPT, Visio, Microsoft Project, and other office software. 4. Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the configuration of various systems in the intelligent industry (e.g., smart transportation, computer networks, surveillance, pedestrian passage, access control, parking lots, alarm systems, structured cabling, information publishing) and have some understanding of the industry situation. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. 6. Personal Traits:Positive attitude, meticulous and careful work style, strong sense of responsibility, and good stress resistance.
