Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the delivery of tracking bracket projects. 2. Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring project goals are met through specialized process management. 3. Communicate with clients to confirm requirements, develop delivery plans, track progress, and coordinate resources. 4. Monitor project risks, proactively communicate and alert on significant deviations. 5. Collect and analyze project data, conduct regular reviews, assess project outcomes, and support decision-making activities. 6. Proactively address project issues, propose systematic solutions, and develop actionable process optimization methods.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in project management, new energy, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering, photovoltaics, or related fields preferred. 2. Experience managing large, complex projects across multiple teams and business areas is preferred. 3. Knowledge of tracking bracket products; familiar with project management principles and capable of managing the entire project lifecycle; PMP certification is a plus. 4. English proficiency as a working language.
