Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth communication with customers, build cooperation plans and promote implementation with each other under strategic cooperation; 2. Business development, accurately grasp the consulting needs of customers, and tap suitable project clues and opportunities; 3. Assist in the overall management of the project set, assist the department director to coordinate and manage the project plan and customers, and connect with the domestic project team to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Docking with the domestic functional team, responsible for the promotion and implementation of tasks related to the operation and management of the Japanese subsidiary

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; Fluent in Japanese and proficiency in the working language. Proficiency in English. 2. More than 3 years of experience in pre-sales or delivery management in the automotive industry/IT industry/consulting industry, familiar with the automotive industry as a whole or a certain field is preferred; 3. Have keen insight into the business, have excellent business understanding ability and logical analysis ability; 4. Excellent understanding, communication and negotiation skills; 5. Have good teamwork skills, active thinking, and strong forward-looking learning ability.
