Job Responsibilities

1. General Responsibilities - Be responsible for the daily inspection, routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the store's computer, network, surveillance and server equipment. - Ensure the network stability and availability of the company's business premises. When encountering problems that cannot be handled, promptly contact the headquarters staff for assistance to ensure unobstructed network communication. - Be responsible for the daily maintenance, fault diagnosis and rapid repair of the audio - visual systems in KTV private rooms, including sound, lighting and display equipment, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and provide customers with a high - quality audio - visual experience. - Regularly conduct performance tests and optimize the audio - visual equipment. Adjust equipment parameters according to the actual situation to improve equipment performance and stability. - Participate in the selection, procurement, installation and commissioning of new audio - visual equipment to ensure that the new equipment can be smoothly put into use and is compatible with the existing system. 2. Information System Maintenance and Management - Maintain the stable operation of KTV information systems such as the song - ordering system, member management system and cashier system. Deal with system failures and data anomalies in a timely manner. - Be responsible for the backup, recovery and security management of system data to ensure the integrity and security of system data, and prevent data leakage and loss. - Assist the development team in system function upgrades and optimizations. Collect user feedback and put forward reasonable improvement suggestions to enhance the usability and functionality of the system.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background - An associate degree or above in related majors such as electronic engineering, computer science, information technology, etc. 2. Work Experience - At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the fields of audio - visual, information or engineering. Those with work experience in KTVs, bars or entertainment venues will be given priority. 3. Professional Skills - Audio - Visual Technology: Be proficient in equipment installation, debugging and maintenance, and have strong fault - finding and repair capabilities. - Information Technology: Be proficient in system installation, configuration and maintenance, and have certain database management and data analysis capabilities. 4. Language Skills - Have good English/Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
