Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for recruiting high-end talents in overseas regions, conducting effective communication and demand analysis, and formulating recruitment plans; 2. Reasonably allocate recruitment resources based on employment needs, and ensure the quality and quantity of recruitment delivery; 3. Reasonably utilize company resources, organize the development and improvement of domestic and international recruitment channels, and build a global talent pool; 4. Complete recruitment quality analysis, recruitment data extraction, and other tasks; 5. Assist in improving the company's recruitment system and policies based on human resource planning, and timely adjust to ensure the rationality and scientificity of the recruitment process;
Job Requirements
1. Under the age of 35, with a bachelor's degree or above in unified enrollment, priority given to human resources majors; 2. At least 3 years of experience in recruiting overseas personnel in large and medium-sized enterprises, proficient in channel development, process management, and result delivery; 3. English is preferred as a working language; 4. Good affinity, communication and expression skills, and ability to withstand pressure.
