Salary: 17,000 - 20,000 RMB (totally free tax) Upfront flight ticket provided for you to China 100% sponsorship for work visa application (especially we also have supportive visa team in the UK and US which is more efficient helpful for applicants from these two countries Free training course (paid) in Beijing provided which focus on teaching methodology, classroom management and updated tech applied in class right now Settle in bonus: 8,000 RMB provided along with the first month salary payment TEFL course provided free for candidates who haven’t had TEFL or 3,000 RMB reimbursement for candidates who have TEFL already Ending contract bonus: 8,000 RMB provided along with the last month salary Demo lesson bonus on top which is around 2,000 - 3,000 RMB each month. Relaxing working hours which is only 16 classes/week (each class lasts from 40 mins to an hour) Our student range from 3 years old - 12 years old and very small class size of 8 - 10 students/each class Our school is not only open to experienced candidates but fresh graduate or non-experienced ones are also highly welcomed.
