Job Requirements

Skills/Experience: - Professional training in Electrical, Software, Mechanical and/or Acoustic design - 5-10 years of production test experience - Familiar with production environment, resources - Experience in developing software in Labview, Teststand, Python, C#, C++ a benefit. - Understanding of Automation and mechanics a benefit - Strong Electronics analysis capability a must - Skilled in communication (English & Chinese) Behaviors: - Demonstrates high sense of accountability, teamwork and trust. - Trustworthy and Honest - Strong & dependable leader - Strong sense of ownership Expectations: - On site leadership of a 20+ person test engineering team in Guangdong China. - Focus on test station development, failure analysis and line bring-up - Grow team through recruitment and skill.
