Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the resolution of product issues identified during the bidding and acceptance phases of customer projects, participate in and assist R&D in addressing customer and user feedback, and help establish a local testing environment. 2. Deeply explore customer needs, understand application scenarios, formulate POC testing plans based on customer requirements, and drive implementation. Provide technical guidance and support to customers, and be responsible for the deployment and acceptance of support solutions. 3. Plan and execute training and certification work to empower overseas subsidiaries with technical knowledge.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. 2. Engineering background preferred, with degrees in electronics, communications, computer science, networking, or related fields. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, good logical thinking, strong teamwork and communication skills; proficiency in foreign languages or prior experience in overseas technical roles is preferred. 4. Excellent overall qualities, strong learning ability, and a hands-on approach to products.
