Job Responsibilities
1) Be responsible for making both hot and cold dishes of Western restaurant. 2) Take care of the creation and planning of menus according to the restaurant philosophy 3) Create new dishes, select and develop recipes, establish presentation technique and quality standards 4) Oversee all the relevant food hygiene and health safety regulations 5) Check the producing process and the standards of food preparation 6) Seek ways of improving the quality of the process 7) Train and manage the kitchen staff
Job Requirements
1) Familiar with the production process of Italy food 2) Strong experience as a Chef and managing staff 3) Experienced in managing and supervise big productions 4) Multi-cultural work experience 5) Fluent in English (Chinese language proficiency not required) 6) Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively 7) Ability to function in a fast paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines
