Engineer/supervisor/technical expert Field of work Casting； Heat treatment； Rolling techniques Stamping，Machining Number of recruitment:4 Job Responsibilities: Positions of alloy composition design, metallurgy, rolling, heat treatment, stamping and machininging，on Aluminum Alloy Automotive Sheet or Aluminum Alloy Aircraft Plate. 1 make plan of production process for metal sheet; 2 Analyze process parameters and make plans for process and equipment; 3 Break through process bottleneck,make technological innovations and quality monitoring; 4 Be responsible for technical training, organize and lead related personnel making technical plans; 5 Keep up with the progress of production technology and keep the technology in the industry ahead

Job Requirements

1 Be engaged in one or more posts for eight years or above.Be familiar with the relevant processes and procedures of aviation or automobile sheet metal; 2 Have the ability to design process and set stable process parameters.Be able to provide stable technical support for mass production; 3 Be rich in field experience.Be able to handle common problems and understand the upstream and downstream processes; 4 Organize and carry out trainings of production process.Have experience and ability of leading a team; 5 Have excellent language expression and written communication skills，strong organizational coordination and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit; 6 Bachelor degree or above with good oral English.
