Job Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring timely sufficient manpower supporting rapid business growth by leading recruiters and selecting & driving external vendors. Responsible for building up the HR-related mechanisms and processes (including but not limited to salary & welfare system, performance management , position & hc planning, induction & training, attendance management, etc) tailored to logistics scenarios to motivate people and manage cost. Responsible for partnering with the general manager to constantly strengthening core leadership team (including middle-back-office) through effective actions such as talent selection and daily coaching. Responsible for the implementation and enhancement of Cainiao culture to create a fighting and engaging atmosphere aiming for business success. Responsible for creating and implementing effective employment strategy to ensure compliance and minimize labor related risks.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, More than 5 years of solid HRBP experience in the logistics industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiar with local labor-related laws and experiences of dealing with relevant government agencies and unions. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Diligent, mature, proactive&optimistic. With an entrepreneurial mindset with strong anti-stress ability. Solid leadership skills and strong collaboration capabilities with relevant partners.
