Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the positioning, installation, commissioning and follow-up maintenance of new equipment for overseas projects; 2. Actively deal with and give timely feedback to the technical problems of overseas customers; 3. As the person in charge of the site, communicate with the customer's relevant position contact person and participate in relevant technical meetings; 4. On-site training and guidance for technical personnel of overseas customers; 5. Other matters arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, mechanical, electrical, automation and other related science and engineering professional background, U.S. passport is preferred; 2. More than 1 year of overseas after-sales service experience, more than 3 years of experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of related equipment in the photovoltaic industry is preferred; 3. Have CET-4 or CET-6 qualification certificates, the ability to communicate independently with overseas individuals, strong computer skills, and be able to use common office software; 4. Cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, and able to accept the needs of long-term business trips, with good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and strong technical understanding.
