Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients; 2. Maintain loyalty of current clients and explore new product lines for them; 3. Develop new clients through the company's e-commerce and social platforms; 4. Follow up on client order processes, including pricing, order creation, and contract negotiation; 5. Handle order follow-ups, product delivery issues, payment risks, after-sales complaints, and documentation; 6. Establish and maintain comprehensive sales records for clients; 7. Communicate effectively with department managers, providing timely feedback and implementing solutions; 8. Strong candidates may take on management roles within the Mexico team.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, majoring in Spanish; 2. Excellent reading and writing skills in Spanish for online communication with clients; 3. Interest in the international e-commerce industry and enthusiasm for corporate sales; 4. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PPT; 5. Proactive, enthusiastic, diligent, detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
