Job Responsibilities

1. Bachelor degree or above in international trade, business English, e-commerce, marketing, English or other languages; 2. Communicate with foreign customers without barriers, be able to translate relevant product information and company introduction, and have no obvious grammatical errors. Familiar with the operation of Google and Alibaba and other related operations, familiar with the import and export process and relevant laws and regulations; 3. Long-term settlement abroad and long-term business trip is preferred.

Job Requirements

1. Develop new customers, develop new customers through Alibaba, Google and Xiaoman promotion, understand customer needs, and promote orders; 2. Maintain old customers, communicate with customers regularly, understand the application of equipment, solve the problems encountered by customers in the process of use in a timely manner, and recommend new products to customers; 3. After receiving the advance payment, arrange production according to the requirements of the order, follow up the arrival of raw materials and production progress in a timely manner and arrange transportation; 4. After the goods arrive at the port of destination, provide the information required for customs declaration to assist customers in customs clearance and coordinate relevant departments to assist customers in remote installation; 5. Complete other matters assigned by the head of the department.
