Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the recruitment management of the whole process, have a deep understanding of the business and talent portrait, grasp the recruitment needs, and select and match talents with high quality and efficiency for the team; Maintain recruitment channels, comprehensively utilize various recruitment channels to quickly meet the company's talent needs; Responsible for recruitment projects, such as internship recruitment, talent mapping, entry/mid-level talent recruitment, etc. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and career growth opportunities. UtilizeHR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making HR Project work and other work arranged by the department.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years recruitment experience, automotive industry and designer recruitment experience is preferred; Excellent communication and coordination skills, problem solving skills, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence; Strong interest in HR general topics , self-driven and pressure resistant, willing to accept challenges. German B2 plus is the basic requirement.
