Job Responsibilities
1、Optimizing products language package to ensure user-friendly ones to be delivered globally. 2、Conducting app store optimization, especially meta data optimization to help enhance organic traffic. 3、Leading all aspects of language localization projects related to our games, including external and internal requirements. 4、Operating YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, etc regularly to maintain long-term relationship with our gamers. 5、Interacting with developer teams to help resolve user issues and answer questions. 6、Conducting market research and analysis, especially competitors' app store optimization strategy, localization strategy, to figure out more marketing insights and identify new market opportunities. 7、Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email and online message. 8、Creating and maintaining users' databases and mail lists. 9、Tracking users' behavior and providing feedback to management. 10、Providing effect administrative support.
Job Requirements
1、 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2、 1 - 3 years of gaming experience. 3、Native American or British. 4、Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5、Ability to write and speak Chinese fluently. 6、Ability to prioritize and manage workload. 7、Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8、Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
