Job Responsibilities
Conducting field services in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs. Providing trainings and support to regional service engineers and service partners Providing remote support to customers through telephone and email Ensuring that the field services comply with the work health and safety requirements Planning and coordinating tasks as well as liaising with other divisions of the business to complete jobs in a timely manner
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering Good command of English, both speaking and writing Excellent and professional customer service skills Able to travel overseas regularly in the APAC region (primarily within Southeast Asia) Superior time management and organisational skills Be a team player and great attention to detail Ability to multi-task with excellent follow up skills and attention to detail. Responsible for the work and your customer Experience in a technical support or customer service role within the solar PV industry Hands-on experience in PV inverter repairs and commissioning.
