Job Responsibilities
Responsible for HR operations in the Netherlands and Italy. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for open positions. Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements. Oversee employee relations, including handling employee inquiries and resolving conflicts. Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments. Monitor and enforce compliance with HR policies and procedures. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. Participate in HR projects and strategic planning as required. Provide support to management on HR-related issues and policies.
Job Requirements
Citizenship or Work Permit in NL or ITA is required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
