Job Responsibilities

1. factory technical PM between customers and the factory, effectively communicating customer information and requirements to the internal team. 2. excellent communication skills, able to understand project requirements, horizontally coordinate with various function teams and fulfill both internal and customer requirements 3. Produce reports, manage and update project progress, delivery detailed items to customers, track the internal completion progress and ensure timely and meet demand. 4. Actively review project status among teams, leading factory team to resolve issues with higher efficiency 5. Lead the investigation of top FATP issues, coordinate with various teams to provide improvement measures and timely update to customers. 6. Have a good understanding of project product engineering documents, including BOM, Layout, CT, HC, PFC, MIL, etc. 7. Be familiar with systems such as radar, Insight, SF and MES. 9. able to manager the NPI&MP Builds/ DOE / cross -fucntion Meeting 10. leadership ablility to manager 50+ team members, bring up team members related skills 11. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years of experience in Apple, and under 45 years old 3. Fluent in English speaking and able to communicate without barriers 4. Have team management skills; ability to implement plans; ability to coordinate departmental work 5. Proficient in cost analysis, personnel training, asset custody, and departmental work coordination and management 6. Project management experience is preferred
