Job Responsibilities

Salary Range: 8000-12000 RMB per month. Job Responsibilities: 1. working arrangement and instruction of the Director of F&B, in accordance with the management guidelines of hotel catering service management, communicate with guests in all restaurants, so as to let the guests obtain a good experience of consumption and provide satisfactory service to guests. 2.Develop good relations to meet the special needs of guests. 3.Listen to the guests comment with an open mind and give feedback to the relevant outlet in time 4.Keep abreast of new trends of guest experience. 5.Complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Be familiar with the whole operation procedure of F&B department, have the strong language expression ability, familiar with computer operation, have certain English level, at least 2 years related work experience 4. Good communication skills 5. Male height: over 170 cm; Female height: over 160 cm, age under 35 years old 6. College degree or equivalent 7. Fluent in both Written and spoken English or German or French or Spanish or Japanese or LATAM or Korean or Arab or Turkish or Brazilian
