Job Responsibilities
Conduct customer training sessions (both in-person and online) on installation and commissioning of GoodWe’s products. Supervise EPC and O&M partners during the installation and commissioning of inverters and power station solutions. Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for large-scale utility and commercial solar projects. Ensure service commitments are met by adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs) in place with customers. Collaborate closely with the service team and R&D department to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary. Continuously identify and implement improvements to service processes and tools, driving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Strong technical background with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a professional electrician qualification, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical after-sales support and field service roles, in utility scale solar electrical installations. Proven track record in utility-scale projects within the solar or energy sector. Experience with medium-voltage (MV) is a MUST and high-voltage (HV) power stations is a plus. Deep understanding of transformer and inverter technologies is essential. Deep understanding of SCADA, Loggers, PPC, and overall communication and monitoring technology in solar utility projects, with the ability of training and supporting customers in SCADA commissioning activities and troubleshooting. Professional fluency in English plus one additional European based language. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Passionate about solving complex technical challenges. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%). A valid EU driving license is required.
