Job Responsibilities
Project Delivery Responsibilities 1. Take over projects from sales and pre-sales teams, conduct handover meetings to initiate the project internally; participate in technical discussions and propose technical solutions based on customer requirements. 2. Prepare necessary documents in advance, including configuration scripts, label tables, cable connection tables, and service migration plans. 3. Collect ID information from internal team members and external partners for pre-application of data center access. 4. Conduct on-site data center surveys and promptly generate survey reports. 5. Lead the planning and implementation of on-site projects, including installation, racking, cabling, configuration, and debugging. 6. Define the scope of work for new hires and clearly communicate it to stakeholders. 7. Manage the allocation of internal and external project resources to ensure external partners perform optimally. 8. Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements; provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly site reports as needed. Operations and Maintenance Service Delivery Responsibilities 1. Be on standby around the clock to provide first-line contact and incident resolution for customers, escalating major incidents as needed; prepare and seek internal approval for SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for on-site support cases. 2. Provide emergency on-site support within 4 hours to meet the highest SLA response requirements. 3. Handle the operation and maintenance of new end-user software and hardware installations and configurations; troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues. 4. Assist with the procurement and inventory of all technical equipment or spare parts; help develop, document, communicate, and implement end-user and network policies. 5. Complete related tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in German and English; experience studying in Germany is preferred. 2. 1-5 years of experience in IP or IT project delivery; for outstanding recent graduates, this requirement can be relaxed to some extent. 3. Associate degree or higher; degrees in computer science, networking, or engineering are preferred. 4. Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification is preferred. 5. Basic knowledge of networking, such as TCP/IP protocol stack, routing, and switching fundamentals. 6. Basic server knowledge; familiar with Linux CLI. 7. Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
